The workshop presents the first results of the ISTAT-SSSA joint research project on “The links between performance and organizational-strategic choices of enterprises: measurement and analysis”. In particular, the study of the productivity dynamics of Italian business firms is addressed, offering a micro-level perspective, and making use of the information retrieved by means of the integrated dataset developed by ISTAT in the recent years, which allows to provide a detailed and fine-grained perspective of patterns, determinants and new challenges in the wake of the pandemic crisis.
